FAQ

q
What hours do our Nannies work?
A
Our Nannies are available at anytime during the day or night – we will cater to your needs.
We have a policy of a minimum four (4) hour booking. We care about our Nannies and as such we do not expect them to work more than 12 hours per day.
You can request the start time and finish time for each day and our Nannies will remain flexible to cater for your needs – after all you are here on holiday.

Our nannies are happy to look after 2 children at one time. If your children are older and only require supervision, 3 children are allowed. Contact us with your specific requirements on the Bookings page.
q
How many children can one nanny look after.
A
Our nannies will look after two (2) children at at time, however if the children are older and only require supervision, our Nannies are happy to look after three (3) at one time.
q
We have two children under three – can we only have one Nanny?
A
It is our recommendation that if you have children under three that each child has their own Nanny, especially if one child is still a baby. We are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.

q
If we want a live in nanny what do we need to provide for her?
A
Live in nannies require their own room (or if required may be in a room with the children). All meals / drinks must be provided for the Nanny. Most Nannies are very happy to eat local food which is readily available in most areas and the Nannies will be happy to go for a quick walk to get this food.

q
What will the Nannies do for older children?
A
Our Nannies understand that older children generally only want to be supervised and our Nannies are happy to cater to their requirements. They will be happy to engage in outdoor activities, swimming, beach activities, movies, games etc.
